Three Jokes was Igor Golyak's composition of three Chekhov comic one-acts: The Bear, Ninny and A Malefactor. Small rooms, large grievances, people who cannot stop talking.
Arlekin built it for the road. In 2011 the company played Brooklyn, Chicago and Hartford, finding the immigrant audiences who knew these plays by heart and hearing them laugh in a new country.
